We want you to love your gift. Because our products are personalised and made to order, though, our returns policy works a little differently from a standard shop.
Personalised items
Custom and personalised items can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, as they're made uniquely for you and can't be resold. Please review your personalisation details carefully before ordering.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, we'll absolutely make it right. Contact us within [X days] of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
